The TFD-380DS/480DS is a horizontal form-fill-seal flow-wrapping machine for solid products. Listed applications include cakes, bread, biscuits, candy, instant noodles, medicine, daily-use products, hardware, and products in plastic trays.
Its dual-roll film-splice arrangement is intended to reduce the time required for film changes. Supported configuration and operation The machine uses three-servo drive technology with a motion-control CPU. Operators set parameters through a human-machine interface and can adjust packing speed and bag length.
Product positioning is managed by an electric-eye tracking system. Other listed functions include independent sealing-temperature control, anti-cutting protection, standby operation when no product is detected, and fault self-diagnosis.
Both models produce bags from 80 to 480 mm long and 30 to 220 mm wide and accept film widths from 80 to 350 mm.
