Products Description Alumium Can Carbonated Soft Drink CSD Filling Machine It is suitable for filling and capping carbonated beverage such as beer, CSD, etc. It is equipped the advanced device, electrical equipment, and pneumatic control technology.

It has the characteristics of filling reposefully, high speed, liquid level control, capping reliably, frequency conversion timing, less material loss. It can be equipped long-distance control system. It is the preferred equipment for the medium beer and beverage plant.

Main Features: Can Depalletizer: The depalletizer is new style one which is researched and developed by absorbing advanced technology aboard.It is suitable for different medium and large beer filling production line,some functions will be changed or added according to the customer's actual requirement.

The machine features as easy operation, smooth running,large output and easy maintenance. Can Rinser: It is used to clean empty can in canning production line. Empty cans will be sent to turning device first, which will be turned around then transferred into rinsing machine.

Empty can will be running from top to bottom along the turning device. When empty cans enter into rinser, they will be cleaned by 80ºC hot water ( There is certain inclination angle in both sides of rinser, whose size could be adjusted properly when needed.

Empty cans will be rolling in parallel way from top to end;the waste water will be discharged from outfall.

Carbonating Mixer Machine : The machine has introduce into external cooling mixer from Japanese MITSUBISHI company, with international advanced level of late 1990s, main characteristic is imported 304 stainless steel jointing, polish roughness up to standard 0.4, CIP rinsing automatic control, sanitary conditions reliable and up to standard, the machine with high automation, no need for operator action after startup.

Filler Part: This canning filler uses float-ball cylinder type volumetric filling, the filling is controlled with electronic valve, so that ensure the filling is accurate, difference can be controlled < ±1ml (Actual of single valve ±0.5ml).

In additions, the filling volume can be adjusted on line without shutdown the machine. The machine is equipped with cleaning cups, can do CIP circulation rinsing.

Seamer Part: The transmission of the cap screwing machine is drive to the gear by the reduce, the power is transferred to the cap screwing head through the hollow main axle. The can is not rotating, the four small rolls will rotate and press cap. The cam is fixed.

The cap is sent into the gear ring of the screwing cap head through the stirring device and slide way. When there is a can on the convey belt, a cap will move down with the rotating of the screwing cap head and screw the cap on the can mouth .

Filled Can Conveyor System: Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam.

And the cushion platform can be set before labeling machine, when the label is changed, the filling machine can keep working, no need to stop and waiting.
