The TEFUDE TFD-380DS and TFD-480DS are horizontal forming, filling and sealing machines for wrapping solid products in film bags. Listed applications include cakes, bread, instant noodles, biscuits, candy, medicine, daily-use products, hardware and products carried on plastic trays.
The full dual-splice configuration uses two film rolls to reduce film-change time.
The machine is described with three-servo drive, a motion-control CPU, an operator interface for parameter setting, adjustable packing speed and bag length, product-position tracking by an electric-eye system, and independent sealing-temperature control.
Other listed functions include no-product standby, anti-cutting protection and fault self-diagnosis. Optional equipment includes a printer, nitrogen-charging device and alcohol-spraying device. Both models handle bag lengths from 80 to 480 mm and bag widths from 30 to 220 mm.
